How change image pixels and size without software

For size

1:-Firstly open paint program

    Start à All programs à Accessories à Paint

                        

                               OR

    Windows+R à Type “mspaint” without quote.

2:-Then open your picture if you want change.

3:-Choose "select" option in tool tray in paint then select image if you want   

     changing in size.

4:-Then hold "ctrl" button and press "+"(increase size) OR "-"(decrease size).

     these key in numpad

For pixels

1:-Firstly open paint program

2:-Then open your picture if you want change.

3:-Choose "Image" option in menu bar then choose "Attributes" Or "ctrl+E"

4:-After these set the pixels for image if you want

    for exa:- 32x32, 128x220 etc

For icon

same step but saving time save with extension .ico

1:-Find this location and edit hosts file…….

     C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\etc

2:-After find this location right click on ‘hosts’ file name and then choose “open” as notepad.

3:-you see below this line in hosts file open in notepadn just find it’s.

127.0.0.1              localhost

4:-Just after this line you could create a website block address below..

127.0.0.2              “www.*********.com”  without quote.

5:-Then save this file “hosts” in notepad.
