How to remove blue shadow around icons on desktop

Basically create this problem, when you change the image on your desktop 
screen. So solve this problem following steps below. 




1:-Right click on desktop and choose "Arrange Icons By".





2:-Then unchecked the "Lock Web Items on Desktop".
